Over the past 6 years, we have developed our triathlon business through the ability to provide cutting edge, physiological solutions for matters to do with health and fitness, including injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

We practice what we preach and only sell and recommend the products we have tested extensively and use ourselves. 

We introduced the unique 'everyone is welcome' Ten-Point Community Triathlon Team in 2008 which has quickly grown into a network of enthusiastic beginners, intermediate and Ironman triathletes, sharing challenges.

We offer specialist bike fitting, with the emphasis on positioning you for maximum comfort and efficiency of movement.  Our amazing bike jig enables us to create the perfect position, and with that information, customise your bike to fit.
