Our philosophy is to encourage an Active Healthy Lifestyle.

We are a shop - yes, actual bricks and mortar! And we DO what we encourage you to do.

We are walkers, runners, cyclists, swimmers and Nordic Walkers. We have our own Ten-Point Triathlon Team – beginners, intermediate and Ironman!

We are specialists in the customised fitting of the best physiological footwear. We can advise on the best versatile technical clothing for your activity and we can help you make informed choices because we have product tested everything first. We all use what we offer you.

Ten-Point is manned with experience and expertise – as well as product advice, we are able to give qualified advice on matters to do with pain and injury, rehabilitation, health and fitness.

You have been coming from all over the UK and internationally since we opened in 2004, because what we do, we do properly.
