Ironman Austria July 2010

Helen and Robin (Ten-Point) have both entered the Ironman Austria 2010. They are both Ironman virgins and have finally begun the long training road for that journey. Although both have competed in triathlon sprints and olympic distances this will be a whole new experience and one in which they are both extremely nervous. On the positive side they have completed the separate individual disciplines this year already so theoretically they are both ahead of schedule.
