Personal Shopping Service
Ten-Point is pleased to announce the introduction of a new Personal Shopping Service for the fitting of MBT and Chung Shi footwear.
Customers are now able to book a personal appointment with a Ten-Point fitting specialist in the comfort and privacy of a closed shop outside normal shopping hours.
The service will consist of a demonstration, customised fitting and assistance with the choosing of an appropriate style for your foot shape and intended usage.
Additionally, customers will be able to use this opportunity to obtain advice on intelligent merino wool or synthetic, technical clothing and equipment that enhances the outdoor walking experience.
This Personal Shopping Service operates on a minimum spend of £100 and at the time of booking a deposit of £50 will be taken. In the unlikely event that a purchase is not made during your private appointment the deposit will be credited to your account for future purchases.
Appointments can be made on Mondays to Fridays and are approximately 30-45 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
There will be an administration fee of £25 should an appointment be cancelled providing at least 48 hours notice has been given. Where the required notice has not been given or an appointment has not been attended we shall charge a fee of £50.
Customers may re-arrange an appointment at no charge proving at least 48 hours notice has been given. Where the required notice has not been given we shall charge a fee of £25.
