The best service we can offer is when you and your feet are actually present, so we discourage mail order/internet technical shoe sales. Even if we have fitted you before, a return to the shop will always result in an improvement in your gait and better use of your MBT shoes/Chung Shi shoes.
We are here to customise the fit of your footwear, whether they be MBT shoes, Chung Shis or Newton running shoes (FitFlops are hard to custom-fit!), and to help you choose the right kind of footwear for your needs.
Your first visit to Ten-Point is where we show you how to get the most from your MBT shoes, Chung Shi shoes and Newton running shoes, and we work with your particular issues to achieve the best fit. This can easily take an hour or more, so arrive in plenty of time, please. Your subsequent visits will probably be shorter!
In addition, we organise periodic 'special offer weeks' for our existing customers ONLY - so once you have shopped with us, you know you will receive preferential treatment. All you have to do to qualify, is leave your email address when you check-out. We never pass your details on to anyone else, and we promise not to be invasive. Once or twice a year, we just want to say thank you!
